Lead from Essence is the coaching and thought-leadership practice of Peter Kovacs, offering executive coaching, speaking, and educational resources for founders, leaders, and organizations.

3. Coaching & Advisory Services

All coaching engagements and advisory relationships are governed by individual agreements provided at the time of engagement.

In general:

• Coaching is a forward-looking, developmental process — it is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

• Outcomes depend on your own decisions and actions; therefore, results cannot be guaranteed.

• Confidentiality is fundamental. Anything shared during coaching sessions is treated as private, except where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for coaching, programs, or events are due as agreed when booking.

Because coaching represents a personal time commitment and preparation, all coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions begin.

If you need to reschedule, please do so with reasonable notice, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

If Lead from Essence cancels a program, event, or engagement, you will receive a full refund or may apply the credit toward a future session.

5. Intellectual Property

Much of the content shared through Lead from Essence — including original frameworks, articles, exercises, and presentations — is proprietary intellectual property owned or adapted by Peter Kovacs.

From time to time, materials or concepts developed by others (mentors, teachers, or public sources) may be referenced or adapted as part of the learning process.

For example, the “Goose in a Bottle” metaphor and certain exercises may originate from other sources, adapted and expanded through Peter’s interpretation and delivery.

Credit is given where possible, and all such material is used in good faith as part of a broader educational context.

You may use any materials or frameworks shared with you for personal reflection and professional growth, but not for redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission.

6. Communications

By subscribing to the newsletter or submitting a contact form, you consent to receive occasional communications about new content, events, or offerings.
