My name is Peter Kovacs. I’m a trusted thinking partner, guide, and exited founder. This work isn’t about performing—it’s about returning to what’s real.

The Journey That Brought Me Here

I spent years building startups—raising capital, growing teams, and eventually exiting. From the outside, it looked like success. On paper, it was. But inside, something was missing.

After I sold my last company, I found myself in unfamiliar territory: not lost, but untethered. The roles I had played no longer defined me. I didn’t want another chase—I wanted clarity. I wanted to live and lead from a place of truth, not pressure.

That search led me inward—and eventually, toward the work I now do with others who are navigating that same threshold.
